What’s a Twaddle?

One word to describe the nonsense of my rants and tidbits. The thesaurus offered the word “Twaddle” which refers to silly, empty utterances from people who know nothing about a subject but who write or talk about it anyway. This word sums up my point… I am, by no means, an expert.

What’s the Point?

Do I have a purpose for this blog? For me, it’s like an online diary. It could even be a historical account of my life events. Ultimately, I write for my friends and family and anyone else who finds my writing interesting.

What Do You Write About?

I write about my interests which include web design, blogging, technology, and Ron Paul. More often than not, I write about my personal life and my thoughts on life.

How Do I Get A Picture of Myself for Comments?

That picture is called a Gravatar (or Avatar). The Daily Twaddle uses your email address to associate your unique icon with your comment. You’ll need an account with Gravatar.com which will allow you to upload any image on your computer, then associate that image with your email address.

All you do is sign up for a free Gravatar account and upload your graphic. Then, anywhere you leave (or already left) a comment, you’ll see your image!

This also works on other blogs that support Gravatars.
