This New Year’s Eve is very special because we have a blue moon that night! A blue moon is two full moons in one month. The second occurrence of the full moon is called the blue moon. They occur about every three years or so, usually during the months with the most calendar days.

The sky will be bright for your party on Dec 31st. And may the rest of your new year light up… with… oh… I don’t know. I’ve got nothing. I’ll wish you pleasantries on New Years if I can think of anything cheesy by then.

    The blue moon in WI was absolutely amazing. Really, really beautiful over the frozen, snow-covered lake.
