Silly, empty utterances from Jenn who knows nothing about a subject but writes about it anyway.

♪Marching down the avenue… Few more days and I’ll be through… I won’t have to look at you… so, I’ll be glad and so will you.♪
My English portfolio is due today - which I’m polishing up. My math final takes place tomorrow and my french final takes place Wednesday night. I used the phrase “takes place” instead of “is” because I’m trying to eliminate my need for the “to be” verb. I’m actually stalling because I don’t feel like writing any more English papers.
My computer at home (I’m at school right now) has an automatic spell-check when I’m filling out online forms. That’s Firefox, by the way. So, I don’t know if my spelling is correct. I don’t like living in the unknown-spelling world.
I’m way excited about the end of this semester. I plan on drinking heavily after my last final.
That is all. Carry on. Jenn - out.
p.s. I hate speaker phones.

I just finished my second math midterm. Oh my gosh, I think I’m going to throw up. I get so nervous when I take a test. My palms sweat and my hands shake. Not together of course. It would be weird to shake my own hand. Let me rephrase… my hands become unsteady with twitchiness.
One problem screwed me. Dang it! Stupid pie. I hate math pie. I got the extra credit right using i (non-real number). But I think the i stands for imaginary number. I can’t confirm that - but I’m sure you don’t care. So, I should get 100% on the test. I hope so. Otherwise my nausia is all in vain! Woe-ez me.
I got an A on my French exam - hurray! I screwed up on a couple of the indirect pronouns and the future tense of one of the verbs. But I got a 95%. Not too shabby. I can’t wait until school is over!

Jeesh!
I just finished my first mid-term exam. And speaking of “mid-terms” I don’t know why they call them that. I have four exams in my math course and three are called mid-terms and one is called a final. But it seems like a mid-term would be an exam that takes place in the middle of the term. I think the word mid-term just means “difficult exam.”
I have major difficulties with my online math homework. The homework program requires Windows XP + IE + quicktime. Arg! Which reminds me, I need to send an email to the developer with my complaint. So, since I don’t have Windows XP + IE, I have to use a computer at school. Not only that, but I have to find an “administrator” that will let me install the necessary active x controls. But what lab monitor has administrator access? None. Frustrating!
I pulled out my old laptop yesterday. It crashes every 10-20 minutes with the blue screen of death. But, it’s all I have.

Hurray!
My Economics professor rocks the house. I can pay attention in class and take good notes and I’ll be prepared for his tests.
I usually try to compare my score with other students in the class. Not to show them that my score is better or anything, I just want to know if I’m ahead or falling behind based on the class average.
My professor wrote the number of people who scored in each grade bracket on the board. This is totally awesome because most professors won’t share class grades. One professor even told me “I don’t really pay attention, I just log the scores”. Yeah right.
For this test, there were 12 A’s, 15 B’s, 13 C’s, 4 D’s and 5 F’s. PERFECT! Based on these numbers, I know if I belong in this class or if I need to drop it for an easier one.
But I don’t need to drop it, I rule. What a great way to start off the semester.

I just finished my math final. It lasted about an hour and fifteen minutes. It was hard! Formulas used two months ago are certainly not fresh in my mind. I studied well and I may have earned a B on the final.
French will be the most demanding test. I’m not looking forward to it. This exam is Wednesday, so I still have a few more days to study.
I’m considering other areas of study besides Marketing. I can’t seem to decide if I like leisure or money. Usually the two don’t mix.
