Silly, empty utterances from Jenn who knows nothing about a subject but writes about it anyway.

Dépêche-toi means “hurry”. Literally Hurry-you, but in English, the you is implied. The verb “dépêcher” means to hurry or to dispatch.
I guess I could look up why Depeche Mode chose their name. I think they were in hurry-mode. They had to hurry up and choose a band name.

I’m looking forward to this semester. I’m taking 14 credits after I drop the second economics course (since I don’t need it).
French is going to be difficult. I can pretty much count on the professor not speaking English - at all. I wrote one of my English papers on this subject. “Immersion works in a foreign country but not in a classroom.”
My first class starts at 11am. I’m so excited about that. Last semester, my first class started at 8am. Yowzers. I had to get up at 6am. That’s early for a college student!
I think I might get involved in something. I’m not sure what. There is a course with leadership workshops and community involvement that I might take. I need to beef up my resume a little. We’ll see.
