Virtual Fax and Toll Free Number

I wanted to buy a toll-free phone number for my man’s business (General Contracting). But, I didn’t want to pay the outrageous phone company fees for a line that just forwards to his cell.

I searched online and found a few options and finally went with TollFreeForwarding.com. They charge $10 a month to forward calls to any number. But I also wanted a “vanity” number – one that spells something like 1-800-Jenn-Rocks. But what are the odds that number isn’t taken already? And how much extra is this vanity number going to cost me?

Nothing! The number was available and all I had to do was claim it! Of course, it was a different number… a 1-877 number and “Jenn-Rocks” didn’t really fit the business that well. :)

I purchased this number last March and I think this service is fantastic. The phone calls are automatically forwarded to his cell along with the caller-id. Awesome!

But it just got better this morning (which is why I’m so excited to write about it). They offer Fax-Forwarding! They detect if the call is a fax then email the documents to his inbox at no extra charge! So now he totally has a business fax number. But without the machine – or the phone line! Could it get any sweeter?

Holy shit! That is awesome!! I’m so glad you’re business savvy. Hey, how do I “print screen” with my little button on my computer?

Yes, business savvy… that’s what I’m known for. Here is your “print screen” answer:

Press the print-screen button (this puts a snapshot of your screen onto your clipboard). Then, to view this screenshot, just open up MS Word and paste (ctrl + v) into a new document.

You might have to use Alt + PrintScreen – it’s been so long since I’ve used Windows…
